Too often, athletes, creatives, and everyday people lack access to the resources, spaces, and community needed to support their whole well-being.

This festival exists to:

• Create safe spaces where women (RecovHER) and men (RestoreHIM) can heal, connect, and share stories.

• Celebrate culture and creativity by blending wellness with art, design, and community impact.

• Empower our community with tools, education, and experiences that support the mind, body, and soul.

Why We’re Featuring Men & RestoreHIM

When we created RecovHER, the mission was to build a safe space for women to heal, recover, and reconnect through wellness. But healing and recovery are not just women’s needs — they’re human needs. Too often, men are left out of conversations about mental health, emotional well-being, and holistic care.

The RestoreHIM initiative was born to change that. By featuring men alongside women at the Wellness Fest, we:

• Acknowledge men’s wellness needs – creating safe spaces for men to process, rest, and recover without stigma.

• Encourage balance & inclusivity – showing that wellness and recovery are not gendered, but a shared human experience.

• Model unity – bringing both RecovHER & RestoreHIM under one roof emphasizes our commitment to healing together as a community.

• Break cycles of silence – opening dialogue around men’s mental health, recovery, and empowerment helps dismantle stereotypes and builds stronger connections.

About the Wellness Fest

The RecovHER & RestoreHIM Wellness Fest is more than an event — it’s a movement to bridge the gap between sports performance and holistic wellness. Taking place on November 1st at Site1212 Art Academy in Cincinnati, the festival creates safe spaces for women and men to rest, recover, and reconnect through wellness, creativity, and community.

Partnering with UNheardof, we’re creating spaces where design meets recovery: through hands-on sneaker customization and a panel conversation that connects culture with well-being. This initiative exists to remind our community that wellness can be expressed not only through movement and recovery, but also through creativity, storytelling, and design.

Shoe Customization Workshop

Led by Adidas originals footwear designer Daziah Green and UNheardof founder Philip, this hands-on experience invites attendees to design their own sneaker template, explore creativity, and see how footwear can tell powerful stories.

Art Gallery Experience

The RecovHER & RestoreHIM Art Gallery will showcase powerful stories of healing, identity, and community through visual art and design. Featuring local artists, creatives, and wellness-inspired works, the gallery creates a space where culture and recovery meet — reminding us that art is not only expression, but also a form of wellness and restoration.

Step into the Recovery Zone, the heart of the Wellness Fest experience. Attendees receive free all-day access to recovery technology and services designed to recharge the mind and body. Enjoy complimentary massages, Hyperice Normatec boots, massage guns, foam rollers, hydration stations, and more.

Whether you’re coming from the 5K or spending the day at the festival, the Recovery Zone is your place to rest, restore, and feel renewed.

Networking & 60-Second Pitch Competition

The Wellness Fest is all about connection. During our networking sessions, attendees will meet community leaders, creatives, wellness advocates, and entrepreneurs in an inspiring and supportive environment.

We’re also hosting our first-ever 60-Second Pitch Competition, giving small business owners and creators the chance to share their ideas on stage — with one winner receiving $1,000 to help fund their vision.
